,Students and faculty attended the Annual Banff Pork Symposium in beautiful Banff, Alberta, on January 10-11, 2018. Great event to meet producers, industry representatives and scientists. U ofS Animal Bioscience student, Elaine Bird, presented a poster showcasing some of her senior undergrad research project, Ability of a yeast cell wall product to ameliorate the negative effects of the mycotoxin, deoxynivalenol, in weaned piglets. GREAT JOB ELAINE!
